All vending machines have a one year warranty with the exception of electric and pentomatic parts from the date of shipment.

The seller is required to provide the required services for a period of 5 years after the sale.
The seller commits to provide the customer with all the electrical and mechanical drawings needed to maintain and repair the machine in two copies.
Installation and training in Iran is free of charge from the seller.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Travel costs are borne by the buyer at the time of commissioning and after-sales service.
